Dr. George Beck is a skilled police officer, sergeant, detective, educator, award-winning journalist, editor, and public servant with a strong entrepreneurial spirit; charismatic speaker with exceptional verbal and written acuity; respected leader; team builder, collaborator, and motivator.
Dr. Beck is the editor-in-chief of Blue Magazine. He holds a Ph.D. in history & culture from Drew University; a master’s degree in criminal justice from Boston University; a master’s degree in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University; a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an associate’s degree from Bergen Community College. He is the author of Law Enforcement in American Cinema, 1894-1952, The Killer Among Us, Trounce, and several other books.
